Alan M. Goldberg graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1979 and is Special Counsel to the firm. Prior to joining Rosen & Livingston, he represented more than forty cooperative corporations while at Dreyer & Traub, and handled litigation, closings and other matters for those clients. He has also lectured on litigation involving cooperatives and other matters of interest to cooperative boards of directors. Mr. Goldberg was also a partner at Lambert & Weiss where he handled commercial and insurance-related litigation and successfully defended numerous cooperative and condominium boards in lawsuits pursuant to the boards’ directors and officers liability policies. Mr. Goldberg is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers’ Association.
