S. David Harrison is an honors graduate of both Harvard College and Harvard Law School. He also holds a Master of Laws degree in business law from New York University Law School. He has served as Law Secretary to William J. Brennan, Jr., then a justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, who subsequently was appointed to the Supreme Court of the United States. He served as corporate counsel and head of the legal department of Beaunit Corporation, then a Fortune 500 company. He is a member of the bars of the Supreme Court of the United States, New York and New Jersey, and Federal Circuit and District Courts in New York and New Jersey. His experience covers a broad range of business and corporate matters [including taxation, securities, and intellectual property licensing], estate planning and probate administration, and real estate, many of which matters involve foreign clients. He is a member of the American and New York State Bar associations.
